My Life Was Changed By A Train

My name is Catherine Marler Rapp.  I’m a newlywed and learning to use a new last name.  I’m a Digital Media Product Specialist  for a large media group in Knoxville, Tennessee, but I grew up Dayton, Tennessee.  I am an avid music fan.  I love celebrity gossip, and I am learning to be a Phillies fan.  I have an adorable dog, named Cash and an equally adorable, and even more hilarious boyfriend husband.   I am not as skinny, rich, successful or pretty as I’d like to be but still the luckiest girl in the world.

I wish I was cool. All my friends are cool. I’ve never been. I like making new friends, but my old friends are so awesome, I’m bad at maintaining the new ones.

I wish I could go to work one hour later. I like to sleep in hotels and eat in strange restaurants.
I really like Texas music. And watching guys play guitar. I like looking up music lyrics and reading them like they are poems. I love quotes. I obsessively check my Myspace  Facebook account.
I’m not very photogenic. I like getting a beer with my friends after work. I want a housekeeper. And a gardener. I have a Nintendo DS and wish I had  have a Wii. I’m not very good at video games but I still like them. I love trivia and wish I could convince my friends to have a trivia night.
I am good enough at lots of things but I am not really great at anything. I want to go camping. And skiing. I don’t think there is enough time in the day. I like watching funny movies and music videos. I love to stay up all night listening to records.
I don’t like attention whores or mean people. I don’t like drama. I am a music dork, but not like they are.
I am smart enough to know how incredibly lucky I am. Not a day goes by that I am not consciously thankful for how my life has turned out.
I am a logical parallel parker with boobs.
I am now a Phillies fan.
