…but I’m, umm, not built for it. You know, when I see people running, I think to myself how enjoyable it looks. Just checking out the scenery while getting some exercise. It’s like a pleasant afternoon drive but with bonus health benefits! I really would like to figure out a way to begin a small running program. Any running advice is welcome as well as any boob-wrangling advice.

I ran back when I had time. A friend let me in on a secret: go slow. Absurdly slow. And don’t pay any attention to distance, only time. Work on running longer not further or faster.
I was a sprinter in high school, but I’ve never been able to run distance. Following my friend’s advice, I was able to stretch it out to five miles at a time. And I miss it like crazy.
Can’t help you on the boob-wrangling advice, tho.

What about getting a bike? Easier on the knees! Sorry, no wrangling advice here.
