Today we picked up B’s new mandolin from Pick n Grin where it was being re-strung and set up. I bought from my friend Benny (thanks, Benny!) as a gift for B, I had wanted to get him one as a wedding gift but couldn’t so. I got it nearly in time to be an anniversary gift!
So now the house is filled with new music. He’s a wonderful guitar player so it’s not even bad listening to him tinker around and figuring it out!
Jealous. I got a mandolin for Christmas a few years ago and progressed just enough to discover that if I wanted to get any further with it I would require a better mandolin. Some day.
