Well, I’m finally going to the Biltmore House. I think I’m the last person in our area that hasn’t ever visited it. I’m pretty excited about it. We’re going next weekend and it will be decorated for Christmas already, so we shouldn’t have a hard time getting into the Christmas spirit!
We’ll be going with B’s parents. Officially its his birthday celebration, but we’re really going because I’ve never been. I feel bad that he’s getting ripped off because its supposed to be all about him! I think I’m going to take him to a concert later that night to make up for it. I know he doesn’t mind, but its still supposed to be his celebration!
I went to a wedding a few years ago at the Biltmore. I’d been when I was a kid, but it didn’t have the same effect as it does now. I was wowed by how *huge* Biltmore is. I cannot get my mind around building a place like that just to live in. You could fit many houses in the main (don’t know what you call it) room at Biltmore.
