Well, we finally made it to the Sunsphere. I sent my friend in Jersey a picture, to which, she said, “Dang, do you guys go up there every day, now?” I realized I had been talking about the Sunsphere for a while, and just couldn’t make it happen. One reason was that we were going to the top and, obviously, needed an escort. As it turns out the stairwell to the roof was locked so we just went to the top floor, which really was gorgeous, and took a couple of pictures.
B was really excited. That’s one of the things I love about him. You never wonder if he likes or enjoys something. He’s like a kid, just thrilled. 
Its going to be nice when its finished. I was a bit envious that my office wouldn’t be there now. I’m sure I’ll still get to visit friends in those offices and maybe there will be some cool catered events up there too. I’m just really glad that its “back” and being used by Knoxville and Knoxvillians!
Aren’t you just too adorable? I can’t think the last time I saw any Sunsphere news, but I’m guessing at some point it will be somewhat accessible to the public?

Its has been re-opened to the public. I posted about it about a month I go, I’m guessing. From 9am to 10PM, I think. The 4th floor is the observation deck.
